Description
The Canpump CE 5066 GB8 is a premium 18 mm plunger pump for direct-drive gas engines, delivering ultra-high pressure and consistent flow. Its gearbox cuts engine RPM in half, greatly extending pump life and reliability. Built for demanding industrial applications, it features a low-resistance manifold and advanced components for maximum durability, efficiency, and minimal maintenance.
Gearbox Drive for Extended Durability
This pump features a gearbox drive system, which reduces operating speed significantly compared to direct drive pumps. While direct drive units typically run at around 3400 rpm, gearbox-driven pumps operate at much lower speeds — often between 1500 and 1750 rpm depending on the configuration. This slower operation reduces wear and heat, resulting in longer pump life and making it ideal for commercial and continuous-use applications.
