Free Shipping is available for products in Australia on a minimum purchase of A$100. Note that free shipping does not apply for products that require freight shipping or for orders that ship to Northern Territory. Flat-rate shipping of A$15 applies on orders below A$100. Pickup in store is available at our Melbourne store location. We ship items from Melbourne, VIC. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders usually ship within 1 business day. We use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments. 

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use or installation. Pressure washers, motors and pumps are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you "Just don’t like it!" or orders listed with "Free Shipping"

We will accept your return as long as you pay for the return shipping and restocking fee (4%, if applicable). 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
